Bonita Ann Wilborn is a dedicated professional in the medical field and a committed volunteer at The Source of Hope. She offers her support on the fourth Saturday of each month, where she focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area and assisting with dishwashing duties.

International Liason Community Engagement
A native Texan, Bruce Jones has long been a dedicated member of our community, contributing actively to local organizations and initiatives. He serves on the boards of several Chambers of Commerce and is a committed advocate for community safety and well-being. Bruce also directs the Miss Asia America International Pageant, a platform that celebrates diversity and cultural awareness.

I strive to cater to the DFW metroplex with my original style of cooking, unique Ice Sculptures, and lively personality. I am always trying to better my craft and increase my skill level among my peers while keeping a positive attitude. I always say, "You are only as good as the last plate you made."

Clara Montenegro
Founding Class Member
My name is Clara Rosa Montenegro. I am a Hispanic person. I was born on December 30, 1994 in West Palm Beach Florida. I am the second child out of three kids of Antonia and Felipe Montenegro. I became a cosmetologist in 2014. Same time I graduated from Dubiski Career High School. I started my journey as an intern in the Spa Source Institute. That's when I became one of the first to name the Source of Hope in 2013.

Denise R. Fuller-Warren
National Aethetic Spa Network Founder
Denise R Fuller Warren is a licensed esthetician, nail technician, body wrap specialist, educator, and co-founder of the National Aesthetic Spa Network (NASN), established in 2004. She has authored more than 200 articles for leading spa industry publications and is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and consultant. With extensive expertise in spa operations, education, and management, Denise is dedicated to helping skincare and wellness professionals grow their businesses through education, networking, and industry leadership.

Elena Blake
Political Liason
Elena Blake is a longtime Republican leader and community advocate who has dedicated thousands of volunteer hours to civic engagement, voter education, and local causes. Since becoming involved in Irving politics in 1999, she has served as a precinct chair, election judge, convention delegate, and leader within the Irving Republican Women. Her service has earned numerous honors, including Irving’s High-Spirited Citizen Award, the Dallas County Republican Party’s Volunteer of the Year Award, and the TFRW Tribute to Women Award.

Josh Ding
Chief Encouragement Officer
Josh Ding brings a lifetime of hospitality and heart to The Source of Hope. Born in Singapore, he arrived in Dallas in 1988 and built a career defined by service. After eight years rising to Assistant General Manager at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, he became a Chick-fil-A Operator in 2000, where he serves today as Chief Encouragement Officer at Chick-fil-A Park Blvd. He holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.

I was the Chief of Staff at The Source of Hope, and working in that position gave me so many project management skills. Through that experience, I was able to get the position I have right now. I was definitely impacted by The Source of Hope. That is why I am here today, to give back at the same time.

A pioneer in the telecommunications industry with over 30 years of experience, Margaret has held executive positions at five various telecommunications companies. She participates as a keynote speaker in both national and international industry conferences and holds three board of director positions with various nonprofits. Margaret received a PhD in Mass Media and Communications in 2021.

Nancy Israel
Board Member
Nancy Cohen Israel is a Dallas-based art historian, writer, and educator with expertise in art history, contemporary art, and museum education. A longtime contributor to Patron magazine, she has also written for FD Luxe, artltd., and Lilith. Nancy has lectured extensively, led acclaimed art tours through her company, Art à la Carte, and taught for two decades at Southern Methodist University’s Continuing and Professional Education program. She has served as a curator and juror for numerous exhibitions and is recognized for her contributions to the Dallas arts community through education, writing, and advocacy.

Nicole Quynh Stone
Co-founder, Public Relations Director
A dedicated Operations Strategist with a passion for people, Nicole Stone specializes in improving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and building collaborative, high-performing teams. With experience leading teams of up to 50 members, she leverages data-driven insights to enhance workflows, recruitment, onboarding, and organizational growth. Known for integrity, professionalism, and a people-first approach, she is committed to creating positive workplace cultures that empower individuals and drive lasting success.

Roger Le
Board Member
Roger Le is a software engineering instructor and full-stack developer passionate about helping aspiring developers build successful careers in technology. With extensive experience teaching immersive coding boot camps in partnership with leading universities, he specializes in modern web development, Java, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, and cloud-based development practices. His background includes software development, API design, CI/CD implementation, and enterprise application development. Outside of technology, Roger is also a pilot, bringing the same precision, curiosity, and passion for continuous learning to both aviation and software engineering.

I'm Ivana Ajakpovi, a sophomore at the University of Texas at Dallas. I'm majoring in Media Arts and Design. I have a strong interest in graphic design. I have experience using Abode Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative platforms to create and plan my designs. I use these skills to support The Source of Hope through my role as a Digital Content Creator. Outside of design I love to crochet, and play the piano in my spare time.

As a Logistics and Supply Chain Intern at The Source of Hope, I supported the organization’s operational and outreach efforts by combining logistics coordination, event management, vendor relations, and grant research. I helped secure over 500 Kid Combo meal vouchers and 200 lemonade cards from Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, coordinated pickups and deliveries to families and partner organizations, and submitted grant and donation requests to Walmart, Kroger, ALDI, Costco, and Chick-fil-A.
